We’re making it easier for you to ring in the New Year without worrying about your ride home. Take the responsible route on public transit.

Take the COASTER and SPRINTER home after midnight!

SPRINTER

Extended hourly service from Escondido between 5:33 p.m.–12:33 a.m., and from Oceanside between 6:33 p.m.–12:33 a.m. A final trip will leave Oceanside at 2:03 a.m. to allow for final COASTER connection.

COASTER

Extra round-trip departs Oceanside at 8:30 p.m. (arrives Santa Fe Depot at 9:30 p.m.) and departs Santa Fe Depot 12:45 a.m. (arrives Oceanside 1:45 a.m.)

MTS Trolley

Extended service available on all three Trolley lines. Two additional southbound trips will depart from Old Town at 12:15 a.m. and 12:45 a.m. (No regular short midnight trip.) Additional eastbound Green Line will depart Old Town at 12:30 a.m. Orange Line will operate every half-hour between Downtown San Diego and Gillespie Field., with the last train departing 12th and Imperial at 12:45 a.m.
