Contracting opportunities $100K and below in value and utilizing the RFQ process are listed here. NCTD does not maintain an approved bidders list. Contact Larry Frum, Manager of Contracts and Procurement to inquire about other contracting opportunities.
Current Open Invitations/Requests
The following links open the IFB, RFP, RFQ notice for the respective projects. To obtain documents, specifications, drawings, addenda, etc. and obtain status as a planholder, the contractor must contact the Contract Administrator listed in the Notice and be added to the planholder list. In order to maintain the integrity of the Plan Holders List and insure that Addendums are sent to all prospective bidders/offerors, NCTD does not send a complete bid package to any Plan Room.
