Employment at NCTD
All applicants must submit a complete and signed NCTD application and a Notice and Disclosure form. Certain positions also require the completion of a supplemental questionnaire. Resumes are only accepted when attached to a complete application package for a current open position. Application packages are available on-line for your convenience. The available positions listed below contain detailed job announcements, supplemental questionnaire (if required), and Notice and Disclosure forms (see job announcement). Application packages can also be requested by phone (760) 967-2815, email: recruitment@nctd.org, or at 810 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, CA 92054, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Complete application packages are accepted in person or by postmarked mail. If applicable, all qualified applicants will be notified of the date, time and place of examination. A job offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
