Mobility Plan 2012

As of March 11, 2012, North County Transit District will be implementing Phase II of the Mobility Plan in response to the needs of a growing community. We’re improving BREEZE bus services on our most heavily travelled routes with faster and more frequent service, adding bus routes to new areas and centers of employment, and re-routing others for improved connections with other modes of transportation.

These changes were announced after an exhaustive period of outreach and the public had a chance to weigh on the proposals. As a result, new routes were added or changed, others were eliminated, and a new FLEX service started.

We expect these changes to increase efficiency and access resulting in less customer travel and waiting time. Look for information in on-board customer alerts, GoNCTD.com, and BREEZE service hotline at 1-855-287-6283.

New route guides will be added as they become available.
