Purpose/Goals:

The Mobility Management Program strives to positively impact the quality of life for adults and older adults residing in North Coastal and North Inland regions of San Diego County by utilizing individualized training services, group learning activities and volunteer supported rideshare resources to minimize barriers to transportation.

Volunteer Travel Trainers act as mentors to help potential riders gain the confidence and tools needed to travel safely utilizing public transportation. Volunteer Drivers utilize privately owned vehicles to provide carpool and ride share services to peers with limited transportation resources.

The Mobility Management Program is funded by the County of San Diego, Behavioral Health Division.
